As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.

Meet Connie

Connie Knight has been in real estate for over 25 years. Before that, she received an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force, where she served as an aircraft mechanic on C5-A military transport aircraft at Dover Air Force Base. Following her service, Connie earned a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Washington.

The fundamental element of success in Connie’s career has been service. She is based in the John L. Scott Belleuve Main office and not only understands the Eastside and greater Seattle marketplace, but also provides the kind of service that lasts a lifetime with every client. After years of living in the Seattle area, she is also knowledgeable about the surrounding community, including schools, daycares, preschools, hospitals, shopping facilities, local attractions, recreational activities and more. When she’s working with a prospective buyer or seller she is not just a realtor, but an educator, advisor, problem solver and negotiator.

In addition to the traditional buyers and sellers, she works with a diverse clientele associated with corporate relocation. Her experience ranges from starter condos/townhomes to multi-million dollar houses, new construction, land, second homes and investment properties. Connie services clients looking to sell and buy throughout the entire greater Seattle area, as well as the Eastside including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville, Mercer Island, Newcastle, Bothell, Mill Creek, Snoqualmie, Carnation, Duvall, Monroe, North Bend and Everett.

Connie understands the complexity of corporate relocations and is a savvy marketer. She uses a variety of marketing techniques ranging from Facebook advertising to direct-mail newsletters and postcards and takes advantage of all the tools that John L. Scott has to offer.

No two days are the same in real estate, which is why Connie loves it so much! She takes pride in volunteering and giving her time to charitable causes including local animal shelters and the Seattle's Union Gospel Mission. In her spare time, Connie enjoys cooking, gardening, biking, skiing, spending time with friends and family and going on long walks with her dogs.

Bellevue

Bellevue is the third largest city in the Seattle metro area, and it’s the hub of the Eastside, but it’s close to the Cascade mountains for hiking, mountain biking, and, in the winter, skiing and snowboarding. Locals also take advantage of Lake Washington for boating, kayaking or watching the sun set over Seattle and the Olympics to the west. Bellevue’s thriving downtown offers five-star dining, a world-class art museum, and some of the best shopping in the Northwest. The entrepreneurial spirit of the city and its highly educated work force make it a natural home for tech start-ups as well as global corporations. Our schools are rated among the best in the nation. This means even residents without children enjoy healthy property values. And there is a home here for everyone. Townhouses and condos downtown, luxury waterfront properties on the Lake, and areas with a more neighborhood feel are all available in our robust real estate market.

Redmond

Redmond, Washington, is probably best known as the home of Microsoft. But if that’s all you know about our gem of a city, you’re missing a lot. Marymoor Park, which hosts concerts in the summer, also features a climbing rock, sports fields, a cricket pitch, a huge off-leash dog park, tennis courts, a community garden and an outdoor theater. Redmond is also home to more than 17 miles of hiking and biking trails. Known as the bicycle capitol of the Northwest, Redmond is home to the state’s only velodrome and each July, the city hosts a bike race around Lake Sammamish. This race is part of Redmond Derby Days, which also includes a parade, live entertainment, a carnival with rides, and fireworks at dusk. The top-notch schools in Redmond draw a lot of families to our community. And our library is world-class, the second largest in the King County Library System. Redmond itself is home to restaurants, breweries and shopping to rival any major city, but if you are craving the bustle, both Seattle and Bellevue are a few minutes away. Though one visit to the outdoor mall called Redmond Town Center may convince you you never need to leave the city again. If you are interested in learning more about Redmond, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

Seattle

Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
